Don Quijote is a chain of authentic Spanish restaurant with branches in Macao and Singapore offering an extensive menu including over twenty five tapas, soups, fresh seafood and salads, pastas, paellas and meats. TTM was identified as the consultants from the onset of their expansion plans. We took the expansion into consideration and underwent an extensive re-branding exercise that saw the birth of a new identity that was franchise friendly. The exercise also involved a research rip to Spain to get in-depth knowledge of Spanish cuisine and culture. TTM provides overall consultancy offer and promotions strategies, online strategies and advertising and promotions.
